Emma Nicolson is head of exhibitions at Climate House in Edinburgh Botanic Gardens. Emma engaged with the department as part of our Research Week Intensive Covid-19 and the Climate Emergency.

Before Climate House, Emma ran Atlas Arts on the Scottish island of Skye, where she developed award winning community engagement projects committed to the wider ecology of the island. She has also worked for Scottish National Galleries, and from 2007-10 was senior education curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney, Australia.
