Mikhail Bushkov (1985) was born in Rostov-on-Don, Russia. He graduated from Rostov State University with a degree in Applied Mathematics, but later developed passion towards photography and filmmaking, graduated from Marina Razbezhkina and Mikhail Ugarov School of Documentary Cinema and Theater in Moscow and took part in several workshops and residencies while also being a student of Magnum photographer Alex Majoli. Currently Mikhail lives and works in Zurich. He continues to combine photography with working in IT.
