Harriet Bergman is a philosopher, activist, writer and researcher, based in Amsterdam. She studied Philosophy at the University of Amsterdam.

Her current PhD research at the University of Antwerp focusses on discomfort & climate change activism, with an emphasis on the ways queer, feminist, and anti-racist thinking links to issues of climate change, and she is closely connected with artist collective Fossil Free Culture NL, and the horizontally organised mass action group Code Rood. She writes fiction and is part of the Feminist Alcoholic Society.
