Coding

Daniel Powers teaches the Coding course at the Master Non Linear Narrative programme offered at the Graphic Design department of the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague (KABK).

Daniel Powers (1983, Michigan, USA) studied Graphic Design at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan before moving to The Netherlands in 2006 to work with design studio LUST. In 2014 he co-established design collective Open Work. From 2009 – 2017 he developed and taught the Design by Code and Web Design courses in the Interaction Design department at Artez, Arnhem. In 2017 he established Rectangle with partner Elisabeth Malcolm in Glasgow, UK. Together they software, build tools, create archives, design interfaces and explore technologies.
