Mariska Beljon is Coordinator and Context tutor at the BA department of Interior Architecture and Furniture Design at KABK, the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague.
Mariska Beljon is trained as a visual artist and art historian and has worked as freelance writer /editor /coordinator /(guest)curator for a.o. De Witte Raaf, Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, H+F Collection and Museum De Lakenhal.
In her practice, she is specifically interested in the phenomenon of fictional artists as a vehicle for institutional critique, and in the underlying concepts, formats and structures of exhibition making. Since 2014, Mariska Beljon works as a tutor and coordinator at IA & FD.
