The academy building is open for KABK students and staff during the following days and times:

Monday to Thursday: 8.00 - 22.00
Friday: 8.00 - 19.00
Saturday: 10.00 - 17.00
Sunday: closed

For opening hours of the workshops check the KABK Portal. Good to know: several workshops are also open on Saturdays.

During the holidays listed below, the KABK has limited opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.00 - 17.00
Saturday: closed
Sunday: closed

Fall week: 20-26 October 2025
Spring week: 16-22 February 2026
May week: 27 April - 3 May 2026

Please note that students cannot access the KABK during the Summer break (13 July - 23 August 2026). The workshops, library, rental and the canteen are also closed during the holidays.
