Nur Horsanalı is Context Tutor at the Interior Architecture & Furniture Design department at KABK.
Nur Horsanalı (b. Istanbul, Turkey) is a designer, researcher, and educator. With a background in Industrial Design, she focuses on human and more-than-human relations within industrial production and built environments. She works across collaborative exhibitions, publications, and educational projects. Currently, her work is centered on Sympoietic Society, a cross-border collective she is part of, addressing ecological loss and grief through site-sensitive interventions.
As a Context Tutor, she introduces the social, historical, and theoretical contexts of design, encouraging students to reflect on their positioning as designers and individuals. She also teaches at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e).
Nur holds a BSc in Industrial Design from Istanbul Bilgi University in Turkey and an MA in Product and Spatial Design from Aalto University in Finland.
