Our soon to be graduates are looking for your help to raise funds for the production of their graduation show in July! You can support them through the links below.
Your donation will help graduates with material costs, promotion and transport of materials.
Hello beautiful readers!
We are the graduating class of Interactive Media Design department at the KABK. Our work explores how current technologies shape and challenge everyday social, political, and cultural life.
As you may or may not know, the process of making final multimedia exhibition takes bunch of steps such us:
• Material prototyping, 3d printing, clay, resin and silicone moulding, sanding, painting, coating
• Renting screens, projectors, electronics
• Building construction spaces from wood where our works can be experienced well,
• Filming, working with actors, prop making
All of which make our student pockets smaller. That's why we just launched our fundraiser, where you can support us with donations. Every contribution, big or small, helps us take a crucial step toward realizing our projects and starting our professional practices. If you cannot donate, sharing this campaign with your network, friends, family, or even rivals make a real difference.
In our fundraiser video, you can catch some sneak peeks of our work in progress, along with a glimpse of the daily energy that drives us in the studio.
To make the donating more fun we also expect some gifts for bigger donations such us postcards with our art, sending little books of our theses, Meet & Greet + Guided tour of our works and some more.
Support us in realising our graduation show: building structures, programming micro-computers, testing screens, editing films, installing pump systems, weaving sculptures, and pouring concrete. Step by step, studio processes become exhibition spaces - but we need your support to make it happen and to be able to share our research with a wider audience!
We’re a group of 10 devoted students of art; we’re researchers that are ready to share what we have accumulated over two years at the KABK. We have been working our asses off, but artistic research hasn’t really made us millionaires yet. However, with just a little bit of help, we could make something really special. We are humbled to kneel down and ask for a helping hand, so we can pull off this final blossoming moment – and wouldn’t it be nice, if you became an essential part of it?
In any case, we would be absolutely delighted to invite you to our graduation show, taking place from the 2nd until the 7th of June at the Royal Academy of Art (KABK) in The Hague.
The exhibition will bring together the diverse practices, research trajectories, experiments, and obsessions developed over the past years within the MAR programme. It is a moment where all our works finally come together in shared space - messy, vulnerable, ambitious, and alive - and we would love to welcome you there to experience it with us.
Warm regards,
Andrėja, Cemre, Severi, Priya, Roland, Sunjoo, Nezhla, Jonas, Margherita and Ada
