This years' encouragement opportunities were made possible thanks to the Keep an Eye Foundation, Stichting tot Steun, Stroom Den Haag, Academy Shop, Heden, Pulchri Studio. The jury encountered an artist eager to experiment and connect with others in order to learn. Her work reminds us that when we don’t fluently speak each other’s language, experience friction in communication, or make mistakes, this can actually be very poetic and liberating.
