Inside graduate Magdalena Salinas nominated Archiprix Nederland
Magdalena Salinas, a graduate of the Master's programme in Interior Architecture (Inside), has been nominated for Archiprix Netherlands with her graduation project With salt it hurts, with salt it heals. Archiprix 2026 will take place on Saturday, June 13th, from 14:00 to 18:00 in the Keilezaal, of the Keilepand, in Rotterdam, during the Rotterdam Architecture Month.
Archiprix 2026 Awards Ceremony is a celebratory afternoon dedicated to the 26 most promising graduation projects of the Dutch master’s programmes in Architecture, Urban Design, Interior Architecture, and Landscape Architecture.
The Archiprix 2026 Open Vision exhibition will be on display at Brutus in the days surrounding the awards ceremony.
About With salt it hurts, with salt it heals
With Salt it Hurts, With Salt it Heals is a two-part spatial research and design project.
With Salt It Hurts is a research that reveals the hidden stories of Argentinian Puna, part of the Lithium Triangle and how this industry directly impacts on human and non human life. It examines salt, the abundant yet overlooked byproduct of lithium extraction, as both material and metaphor. Through this lens, it questions the environmental paradoxes embedded within the so-called "green energy" transition.
