Alexandra Landré

Alexandra Landré is an art historian and curator specializing in contemporary visual art. She has been involved in a large number of national and international cultural projects, with a particular focus on innovative forms of co-creation and audience participation.

Until 2020, she was artistic director of Kunstvereniging Diepenheim with high-profile projects including Disconnection (2019/20), Between Grace and Fury with Matea Bakula (2018), and Yes & No with Lucas Lenglet (2016). Internationally, she has collaborated with Synch Festival, Athens (GR), Kunsthalle Muenster (DE) and Kunsthalle Wien (A), among others. In addition, Landré has extensive expertise in talent development and research.

In recent years she has taught critical inquiry at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague. Landré has been an advisor to various organizations, including the Culture Council Eindhoven, municipality of Alkmaar and CBK Rotterdam and since 2021 she is artistic director of Stroom Den Haag.
