Master Non Linear Narrative launches Climate Truth Crisis repository

22 April 2025

In collaboration with Vilnius Academy of Art, the Master Non Linear Narrative has launched an online repository of proceedings and resources related to the new Climate Truth Crisis Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership Project. The website is considered to be a living archive and reference point for expert information around climate disinformation.

Climate Truth Crisis is a pan-European educational collaboration between seven art and design academies in The Hague, Reykjavík, Barcelona, London, Vilnius, Tallin and Sarajevo. It investigates the implications of climate denial and disinformation on democracy and public trust.

Questions like ‘What is the connection between climate change denial and political polarization?’ and ‘How does climate skepticism affect the fundamentals of our democratic society?’ are at the very heart of the project.

Students of all academies are currently working on an extensive glossary of relevant terms and topics on the spread of disinformation in relation to the climate crisis.

The website is developed and designed by former NLN teachers Lizzie Malcolm and Dan Powers who work in Glasgow under the moniker Rectangle. In their work, they collaborate with a wide range of clients including journalists, human rights organisations, cultural organisations, researchers and educational institutions.
