Undercover: a first year student's exhibition of Non Lineair Narrative

The Non Linear Narrative master programme at the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague (KABK) is pleased to invite you to Undercover. An exhibition of the first year students, taking place in the gallery space of KABK on 30 and 31 January.

Undercover is a group exhibition that brings together works that delve into ongoing investigative queries, and navigate public-interest stories surrounding technology, society, and history. Grounded in uncovering hidden narratives that are embedded into our everyday experiences and socio-political realities, each work approaches storytelling as a way of challenging established notions. Utilizing research methods with a focus on journalism, artists and designers worked in dialogue with interviewees and institutions for in-depth reporting situated in multiple contemporary contexts.

As a result of cross-sectional practices based in research and visual practices, the exhibition presents projects from Juliana Acero, Rodrigo Cardoso, Stefano Cattani, Rita Gaspar, Lina Chang, Stefano Dealessandri, Gjorgji Despodov, Carmen Draxler, Martin Escalante, Laura Flethe, Julia Löffler, Ieva Jakuša.

Join them for the opening event on Tuesday 30 at 19:00, in gallery 1 at KABK, Prinsessegracht 4, 2514 AN Den Haag.
