Thirteen freshly graduated artists from the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague present a space shaped entirely on their own. A place where emerging voices meet, collide, and unfold. Together, yet independently.
OYO 9 marks the ninth edition of "On Your Own", an annual project initiated by the Haagse Kunstkring to highlight new artistic talent. This year’s group of artists comes from a wide range of disciplines - painting, sculpture, photography, graphic and spatial design, jewelry, and fashion. What connects us is not one fixed vision, but a shared drive to explore, to create, and to test the possibilities of our practices. OYO 9 is more than a group exhibition: it reflects the shift from academy to professional practice, and the ways in which individuality and collaboration can coexist in a shared space.
We warmly invite you to celebrate with us at the opening on Friday, October 24th from 17:00 to 22:00 at Haagse Kunstkring, Den Haag.
