- The online portfolio advice sessions are intended for candidates who are already working on their portfolio. Please make sure you have a portfolio ready to share when booking an appointment.
- You cannot use WeTransfer to send your portfolio — please follow the instructions mentioned in the confirmation email, after booking a time slot.
- Due to the limited number of time slots, double appointments will be cancelled. Please make sure to book one time slot.
- These sessions are intended to offer advice and tips to help you improve your portfolio before submitting your application. Please note that they are not part of the admission process and do not guarantee a place in the study programme.

Frequenly asked questions
During this online session you will receive advice for your portfolio before you submit it to be considered for admission. To be eligible for an online portfolio advice session, you need to have already started creating a portfolio. The portfolio advice sessions are not part of the admissions procedure.
Yes, registration is required. Due to the limited number of time slots, we encourage you to make your appointment as soon as possible. Double appointments will be cancelled.
You will receive all information and instructions in the confirmation email.
A reminder email will also be sent before your online portfolio advice session takes place.
The portfolio advice sessions take place online in Microsoft Teams (download Microsoft Teams here). Click on the Teams link to join the online meeting included in the confirmation email on the day and time slot you have chosen.
When you click the link for a session, a new window will open in your browser or (if installed) Teams. Accessing the platform via a browser is possible, but the experience may be different. For the most optimal user experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop (instead of a phone or tablet).
Wait to be admitted to the session from the lobby and then your online portfolio advise session can begin. Good luck!
You will receive a confirmation email with instructions as soon as you book your time slot. If you have not received anything, please send an email to communication@kabk.nl.
Yes, you need to send your portfolio in advance, following the instructions in the confirmation email of your appointment.
Be sure to send it by the deadline provided in the confirmation email you received. If you are not planning to send a portfolio please cancel your appointment, at least 5 days in advance, so that someone else can make use of the time slot.
If you’re unable to attend your online portfolio advice session, please cancel your time slot at least 5 days prior to your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another applicant who would like to join.
You can cancel your time slot via the link in the email confirmation you have received or by sending an email to communication@kabk.nl.
Unfortunately, there are no more sessions planned for this academic year.
