Hyun Tae Lee

Artist

Hyun Tae Lee is a South Korean artist and graphic designer who graduated from our program in 2016. His poetic digitally drawn videos engage the graphic languages of the screen with contemplation of T.S. Eliott’s need to ‘be distracted from distraction by distraction:

“ORDINARY SPACE WHICH I HAVE NEVER SEEN. DIVING THROUGH AMONG AROUND GOLDIROCKS WHICH NEVER SEEN IN ORDINARY TIME I HAVE NEVER SEEN.

Hyun Tae lives on a small island off the coast of Seoul, and regularly exhibits in both South Korea and Europe.
