EU/EEA candidates' English language level will be assessed during the interview.
Specific requirements
As part of the admission and selection procedure for the MA Artistic Research, you will be asked to send an artistic research proposal for the two years of study, examples of earlier work, and curriculum vitae.

Please focus on completed artistic works and make a clear, edited selection that is relevant to your research proposal. Time-based fragments (audio or video) can be shared via links in this PDF file. In the initial selection round, we will not listen to more than 10 minutes of time-based files, so please edit accordingly and make smart decisions about which clips you want the committee to watch and/or listen to.

What do you intend to explore in your studies, and how?
Tell us about the work in your portfolio, what your key interests are, and how you intend to pursue these in the coming two years.
Be specific. Write about the topic, why you are interested, and how you will approach this as an artistic research project.

Please include your previous education, English proficiency tests if you have them, and a list of exhibitions, events, publications, grants, prizes, nominations, and any other information you think is relevant to your application.

If your application is shortlisted, we will invite you for an online interview with the teaching team.
If selected for interview, you will be informed of the outcome within six weeks

We recommend you apply before this priority deadline.
Final deadline: 1 May
Applications sent in after this date will not be considered.
Note: Meeting the application deadline means successful registration via an online portal called Studielink, and submission of all required documents, including your portfolio, via a second portal, called Osiris. In the 48 hours prior to the deadline upload can be very slow. We recommend you complete the application process in a timely manner.
