Online Open Day: MA Non Linear Narrative

The Master Non Linear Narrative is intended for critical thinkers, who master new technologies in order to tell meaningful narratives addressing the world’s social, economic and environmental challenges. You are aware of current events and want to translate complex topics into graphic design in a novel way, in order to make it accessible for the broad public.

During the two-year Master programme at the KABK you work interdisciplinary. In an investigative manner, you combine science and the visual arts. You will deal with various facets of graphic design, technology, philosophy, theory, traditional and new media, and also learn practical skills in, for example, programming, video editing, 3D modeling, artificial intelligence and virtual reality. You will use these skills to create new forms of storytelling, to address the social, economic and environmental challenges of the world, during your studies and subsequently in the professional field.

After this Master’s programme you can start an individual design practice or start a career in, for example, a media agency, an NGO or set up an individual design practice.
