Celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the revolutionary art and design school Bauhaus, Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen presents the exhibition ‘netherlands ⇄ bauhaus – pioneers of a new world’ from 9 February to 26 May 2019.
Students of the Interior Architecture & Furniture Design department have collaborated with Boijmans in creating an interactive, stand-alone installation and a parade in line with this retrospective.
The pop-up installation will be presented at various locations in Rotterdam, including the Centrale Bibliotheek between 13-25 March and the Grafisch Lyceum
Rotterdam from 26 March to 25 April 2019.
The research and the design process for the pop-up installation will be on view in Zaal G at the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen during the exhibition ‘netherlands ⇄ bauhaus – pioneers of a new world’.
