KABK students wishing to apply for an exchange period abroad will need to fill in all required documents, before, during and after their stay abroad and hand them in to the International office at the KABK.

Deadlines for grant applications

Application deadlines for an Erasmus+ grant:

  • 1 February for an exchange period abroad during the 1st Semester of the academic year
  • 10 September for an exchange period abroad during the 2nd Semester of the academic year

Application deadline for a Holland Scholarship:

  • 1 May (for the following academic year)

Write your motivation letter and request approval for the exchange period from the head of your department.

Submit the relevant requested documents to the international exchange office. Whenever available download and use the documents provided here.

If you wish to apply for a study abroad with an Erasmus+ grant:

If you wish to apply for a study abroad with the Holland Scholarship:

  • HS application form
  • CV
  • Copy of your paspoort
  • Portfolio
  • Motivation letter
  • Grades
  • Approval of your department

If you have been accepted at the host institution you will need to submit the relevant requested documents to the International exchange office at the KABK. Whenever available download and use the documents provided here.

Study abroad with Erasmus:

  • Learning Agreement signed by the head of your department
  • Proof of your acceptance from the host institution (letter/mail)
  • Copy of insurance
  • Sign the Grant Agreement contract with the head of the international office

Study abroad with the Holland Scholarship:

  • Learning Agreement Non-Erasmus signed by the head of your department
  • Proof of your acceptance from the host institution (letter/mail)
  • Copy of insurance

After the exchange period you will need to provide the international exchange office at the KABK with the following documents filled in and signed: 

If you studied abroad with an Erasmus+ grant:

  • Learning Agreement - Confirmation signed by the host institute
  • Fill out your Final report Erasmus (via the Mobility Tool)
  • Evaluation questionnaire

If you studied abroad with the Holland Scholarship:

  • Provide a Transcript of Records with your courses and grades (you can request this at the host institute)
  • Evaluation questionnaire
