Studielink is the common registration and enrolment application system for all non-private institutions of higher education in the Netherlands. 

  • Create a Studielink account: provide personal details (as stated in your passport or ID card) and previous educational information (studies, diplomas and exam results). 

    Official residents of the Netherlands have to use their DigiD to login to Studielink.
    International students create an account with their own username and password.
  • Once your account is created you can ‘add a new enrolment’ by indicating the study programme of your choice under the ‘University of Applied Sciences – Royal Academy/Royal Conservatoire The Hague’. Follow carefully the steps and at the end confirm your application.  Detailed instructions are provided on the website of Studielink to assist you with the procedure.

Start your application

After your enrolment via Studielink is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail by the Student Administration of the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague. In this e-mail, you’ll find your personal login info, which will grand you access to the Academy’s own online application system Osiris, where you can upload your portfolio and other required documents.

Make sure you have the required documents ready on your computer to upload them immediately:

  • Portfolio (PDF file, max 5MB)
  • Letter of motivation
  • Copies of diplomas, passport and photo

Deadlines for submitting your portfolio & required documents for all applicants:
Application deadline round 1 is 1st of March 
Application deadline round 2 is 1st of May 

The selection committee will assess your portfolio & motivation and you will be notified by e-mail within two weeks after the deadline.

Selected candidates are invited for an interview via Skype. If you are among the selected candidates, you will receive an invitation by e-mail to make a Skype appointment with the Head and the coordinator of the Master Interior Architecture INSIDE. After the Skype interview it is determined whether or not you’re accepted to study at INSIDE.

Your official enrolment at the Master Interior Architecture INSIDE is completed upon payment of the tuition fees. Related information will be sent to you by our student administration office via e-mail. Once you are officially registered as a student at the KABK, you will receive your student card and a proof of enrolment.
