Victoria Meniakina is a researcher, educator, creative director and strategist working closely with architects, designers, artists and cultural institutions on their positioning, strategy and communication. Victoria holds degrees in both architecture and brand management and has been involved internationally through her studies and professional experience in France, the United States, Lithuania, Italy and The Netherlands. Her current research concerns the role of design in the postnatural context.

In 2015 Victoria Meniakina and Roel van Herpt, founded Agency Agency a strategy & design consultancy, based in Amsterdam. Agency Agency assists cultural institutes, artists, brands, design studios and urban projects in establishing their vision and achieving sustainable growth. Agency Agency provides strategic planning, concept development, positioning & branding, communication strategy, creative direction, digital transformation, organizational strategy and business development.

In addition, Victoria and Roel lead Reality Check — a professional development program at architecture and design departments of Gerrit Rietveld Academie (Amsterdam) and KABK, Royal Academy of the Art (The Hague). They also give related workshops at international art academies and residencies.
