Federico Campagna

Philosophy

Federico Campagna teaches the philosophy course “What Is Reality?” in the MA NonLinear Narrative at KABK. His research combines metaphysics, theology and cultural studies, with the aim of exploring fundamental strategies for emancipation in the 21st century.

His latest books are Prophetic Culture: recreation for adolescents (Bloomsbury, 2021), Technic and Magic: the reconstruction of reality (Bloomsbury, 2018), Quarant'Anni Contro il Lavoro (with Franco Berardi 'Bifo'; Derive Approdi, 2017), and The Last Night: antiwork, atheism adventure (Zero Books 2013).

He has a PhD from the Royal College of Art in London (with a thesis on metaphysics and metaethics in video game design), an MA from Goldsmiths University of London, and an MSc and BSc from Bocconi University in Milan. He also works as the Director of Rights at the radical publisher Verso Books.
