Delphine Bedel

Delphine Bedel is an artist, curator, and publisher. In 2014, she founded Meta/Books is a collaborative, and versatile publishing and curatorial platform. Through curating events, publishing experiments, lectures and feminist education projects, Meta/Books aims to foster a critical debate on these practices as they emerge.

Known for her cutting-edge publications and feminist education projects, Delphine works with leading cultural institutions, museum and art and design academies. She is a member of the German Photography Academy, and advisor for the Mondriaan Fund. She taught Publishing and Research at the Design Academie Eindhoven (MA Information Design), Sandberg Institute (MA Dirty Art Department), Piet Zwart Institute (MA Experimental Publishing), Geneva Art and Design Academy (MA Work-Master), Rietveld Academie (Studium Generale), Willem de Koning Academy (Minor Critical Studies), Kassel Kunsthochschule, among others.

She is currently PhD Candidate at UCA– University for the creative Arts (UK), researching Publishing as an Artistic and Feminist Practice'.
