On Saturday 18 June 2016 students of the Textile & Fashion department of the Royal Academy of Art The Hague presented their innovative and contemporary notion of design in a spectacular Fashion Show in the Electriciteitsfabriek The Hague.
The jury praises Forzani’s presentation. Her work immediately leaves an impression and her imagery grabs you
by the throat. Her work challenges our notions about haute couture. Forzani speaks street language without
turning into a cliché.
Within the context of Border Kitchen (the side programme of Crossing Border) Richard Russo will be interviewed by Dutch journalist Arjan Visser on WEDNESDAY 28 SEPTEMBER from 20.00 to 22.00 in the Auditorium of the Royal Academy of Art The Hague.
During the Graduation Festival, bachelor, master and postgraduate students from Artistic Research, ArtScience, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interactive Media Design (I/M/D), Interior Architecture (INSIDE), Interior Architecture & Furniture Design, Photography, Textile & Fashion and TypeMedia presented their graduation projects.
During the two-days fair, the Royal Academy of Art The Hague will present a fine selection of (unique) photo books & publications from the Photography, Fine Arts, Graphic Design and TypeMedia departments.
During Salone del Mobile 2016 in Milan, the Royal Academy of Art The Hague presented RESET: a truly experimental and interdisciplinary exhibition realized as a collaboration between 20 young artists and designers.
