‘Speculations on Trust and Currency’ was a project collaboration between the Graphic Design department of the Royal Academy of Art and the Bitcoin Foundation of the Netherlands. It explored the relationship between art, technology and innovation and included presentations of case studies during the Bitcoin Wednesday on 6 April 2016 at Lab111 in Amsterdam.
With Pro or Anti Lennarts & de Bruijn express their growing irritation (one they hope is shared by many others) about the fact that a nuanced opinion seems to get lost in the discussion of current topics like the elections, the refugee crisis, terrorist attacks and the discussion about 'Black Pete'.
