From the DDW website:

Thrilling ideas, mind-blowing experiments and extraordinary collaborations – there is more, much more to Dutch design than meets the eye. Which is exactly what you’ll experience during Dutch Design Week 2012.

The eleventh edition of this major event offers today’s trends and unique insights into the future of design, hosting a dazzling amount of boundless creativity and bold ingenuity from hundreds of renowned and talented designers.

Dutch Design Week wants to do even better than last year’s anniversary edition. In terms of quality rather than in terms of numbers. By being even more inspirational, by bringing more design professionals together, and by giving Dutch design the buzz it deserves – from the Netherlands to far beyond the country’s borders.
