On April 5, Bureau Architectenregister presented the concept of the Beroepservaringperiode 2012 with accompanying notes.
As a result of this regulation, there are additional requirements for the beroepservaringperiode (BEP.) which was recently made mandatory as part of the Wet op de architectentitel (Wat) for anyone graduating after 31 December 2014 in one of the following disciplines: architecture, urban planning, gardening and landscaping or interior.
As the new regulation affects the entire profession, Bureau Architectenregister calls all students and architects, urban designers, garden and landscape architects, interior designers and other stakeholders to respond.
Bureau Architectenregister is organizing five regional meetings in May 2012.
