KABK Exhibition

In June 2011 State Secretary Zijlstra announced a 200 million Euro governmental cuts on art and culture. As of 2013 countless art institutions and other venues to watch and show art are forced to close their doors. In recent months, cultural advocates have responded to the government's plans by means of massive protests. A collective of artists 'Platform Beeldende Kunst' present an overview of analyses and opinions on recent political developments in The Netherlands with regard to the drastic changes. Please visit the information centre at the KABK library the coming weeks!
